Ministry of the Holy Spirit
The leadership of the Holy Spirit in each believer's life is of paramount concern to the Master's Commission Program. Much time is spent on discovering and maturing the spiritual gifts within each student and learning to follow the Holy Spirit's leading. 
Personal Intimacy
A daily, vital relationship with Jesus Christ expressed through devotional prayer, worship and scripture memorization is the cornerstone of The Master's Commission Program. You will learn the joy of personal intimacy with Christ as you learn to hear His voice and walk in obedience.
Servanthood
Those who serve will lead. The Master's Commission teaches leadership training through practical service in the community. You will develop a hands on work ethic in the church by serving through various outreach opportunities and laboring to make other ministries successful.
Biblical Studies
The Master's Commission will strengthen you in God's Word. You will spend time daily studying and memorizing the Bible. You will also learn to prepare and teach lessons in a variety of topics such as integrity, servanthood, discipline, relationships and spiritual maturity.
Character Building
The Master's Commission makes building character its primary focus. A strong foundation of character will allow the anointing to flow through every area of your life. You will be challenged to submit more fully to the Holy Spirit, those in authority over you, and to your fellow students through a curriculum of study and heart application.
Unity & Relationships
In the Master's Commission you will learn to relate. Your Master's Commission class will spend nine months together building relationships that will last a lifetime. You will also be given opportunities to have accountability and mentoring relationships with leaders and staff at RAC.
